You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For any order cancellation or return, you agree to bear a 4% administration fee for each order that you seek to return and all other shipping costs. Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Shipping cost is not refundable. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We reserve the right to change or disallow certain international shipping for items that are prohibited due to certain conditions. We shall not be held liable or responsible if the items you purchased cannot be delivered to you due to the operation of law or regulations or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Our services are only available with regards to lawful goods; you must comply with all customs laws and regulations and other applicable laws. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for order cancellation or returning of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and 4% administration fee will be incurred.
